The only multi-sport organization of its kind in Northern BC, Engage Sport North advances sport participation and excellence in the north by delivering quality programs and services to athletes, participants, coaches, officials and community sport leaders in three program areas: Participation Programs, Sport Development and Performance Services.
Framework Fitness, located in Prince George, BC, provides safe and effective health and fitness programs. Our group fitness programs are specifically designed for general and special populations, including Pre and Post-Natal classes instructed by our Certified Pre and Post-natal Specialist. Our customized personal training programs are available online, in person and in small group sessions.
