Scottburgh Bootcamp started 30 November 2009, since then it has moved from training at the Country Club, Scottburgh Beach and now the Scottburgh High School. During this time close on 200 different people have attended Bootcamp at some stage. The same principles apply as when it first started and that is to provide outdoor training in a structured, fun & challenging manner so as to improve your fitness.
