ROC Fit is a 6 week fitness program designed for all ages and fitness levels. We offer 3 different classes to meet your fitness needs!
Pick the class that works best for your fitness needs!! Each session lasts 6 weeks and classes are 1 hour long Monday through Thursday.
ROC Fit KO is geared specifically towards weight loss. It is a combination of kickboxing, weight training and interval training. This class is a CALORIE SCORCHER.
Times for KO are 5:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
ROC Elite is designed to be a muscle building and fat burning geared towards your inner athlete. As you lean out, you will build muscle and obtain the ripped physique you've been striving for!
Times for Elite are 5:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
ROC Fit Lite is designed for the beginning kickboxer and those looking for a primarily cardio based class with weight training for toning. This class is meant to be very non-intimidating and welcoming to those just starting their fitness journey or those who have not worked out for an extended period of time.
ROC Fit Lite is offered at 6:30 p.m.
There are optional classes Friday and Saturday. These are included in your ROC membership. Friday classes consist of 10 rounds of kickboxing with plyometric and ab work in between each round. Friday class times are 5:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Saturday classes are offered at 9:00 a.m. and is a whole body weight training class to get your weekend started off right!!
