Sacred Plant Traditions is a center for herbal studies whose classes are geared for the absolute beginner to the licensed practitioner looking to deepen their relationship with the plant world. Our mission is to protect herbal medicine as the medicine of the people. We teach our community about plants as foods, medicines and allies in our evolutionary process. We believe in the integrity and intelligence of whole plant foods as vs. extracting bits and pieces from the Gaian equation of health, beauty and wholeness. Finally, and most importantly, we honor and strive to teach, remember and deepen the connection that makes all life sacred.
We are excited to live in Charlottesville, VA with a plethora of local farmers, growers and suppliers of right livelihoods.
