I am a recent graduate from the University of Cumbria (2017) with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation.

I am able to assess, treat and help prevent injuries from occurring. I have over 3 years experience and through that time have helped many clients with various different issues they have.

Clients I have helped include:
Junior England International Squash Team
Brathay 10 in 10 marathon runners
Multiple football teams
General Public

I aim to deliver high quality sports massages and advice to clients who are injured, have aches and pains or simply want to optimise their performance. My service can benefit anyone from serious sport performers to the general working public.

This business will originally be based in Kirkcudbright but there are exciting new opportunities for me to go mobile and the possibility of opening a premises in Dumfries.
