Suva Boxing and Fitness is catered for anyone who wants to use boxing to get in shape, self defence or competition. We run 1 hour Box-Fit classes that use a combination of boxing and high intensity circuit training. Suva Boxing and Fitness is a state of the art boxing facility built with world class standards offering wide range of boxing equipment as well as free weights and exersise machines. Suva Boxing and Fitness is also equipped with womans and mens dressing rooms which will include a toilet, water basin, 2 showers and a dressing area. We have every piece of boxing equipment needed for hire as well as for sale.
