The Hair Republic (THR) was established in January 2015 with the over 60 years combined experience of its founders.

The founders’ vision for THR was based on the ideal of restoring care into the Bahamas’ beauty industry. Hair Care, in particular, was seen as sorely lacking in an industry where young Bahamian women are losing their natural tresses to cheap fixes, abusive services and disinterested stylists.

THR is changing those dynamics by remaining committed to its Mission, the ideals of its founders and offering the best hair and nail care services in the Bahamas. Furthering its commitment, THR not only offers the best services but utilizes and offers the best products.

THR is dedicated to maintaining a healthy and beautiful person through “an intimate respect and appreciation for client individuality and a commitment to innovative, creative and superior service.”
