Urban Oasis Salt Spa is bringing a new kind of spa experience to Traverse City Michigan with Himalayan salt therapy rooms. Salt Therapy has been used for ages to be beneficial in the treatment of many ailments including arthritis, allergies, asthma, depression, migraines, sleep disorders, stress, and weakened immune systems. Other services will include: adult and children's salt yoga, massage and reflexology using Himalayan stones, and infrared salt sauna, as well as facials and body wraps. We will also have classes in the future focusing on mediation, mindfulness, singing bowl sound therapy classes and more.
