We are a spiritual and health focused group of individuals who is sharing knowledge of ancient traditional yogic practice and providing Ayurvedic therapies for the health of body and mind.
The Ashram is located in a beautiful and peaceful place next to Godaveri National Botanical Gardens. The forested surroundings and views of the colourful hills offer an ideal atmosphere for the practice of yoga and meditation.

The Ashram daily schedule includes:
- 2 daily yoga classes
- Pranayama classes (breathing exercise)
- Yoga-philosophy lectures
- Sharing, chanting, and meditation sessions
- Nature walk, hiking, visiting temples, and monasteries
- Safe and positive spiritual atmosphere
- Delicious vegetarian meals
- Dorm, single, double room accommodation
