Latin style fitness for moms with kids! Baby wearing friendly and fun atmosphere for toddlers. Multi level class, 30 min cardio 15 min toning.

Mommy N Me is a multi-level, baby wearing fitness class. Wear your baby and get a fun 45 minute workout! Also have a toddler with you? Bring them too to join in on the fun! The class consists of a 30 minute cardio session of Zumba followed by a 15 minute session of floor/toning exercises. Pregnant moms are welcome as well!

Classes will begin on Tuesday September 5th at 10:30am
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and get baby ready in the carrier.

Classes are $5 per class or you can purchase the Special Monthly Pass*

*Special Monthly Passes cost between $35-$40 depending on how many classes there are in a particular month.
