I am licensed in Zumba B1, B2, Toning, Gold, Gold/Toning, Core, Glutes, Sentao, Pro Skills, Zumba Kids and ZKids Jr. Also licensed in STRONG by Zumba.
I started taking Zumba classes because I love to dance and knew that it would be a great way for me to get back in shape since I tend to get bored working out. I had not intended on becoming a Zumba Instructor! WOW! I don't know what I would do without Zumba now! It truly feeds my soul, I have such a passion for what I do. I give my all and continue to educate myself to be the best instructor I can be and help anyone that is willing to let me :) Zumba is truly a PARTY and is exercise in disguise! I promise you, there is no risk in trying a class because your first class with me is ALWAYS free! Give me a couple classes and you too will want to continue to party :)
STRONG by Zumba is an entirely different program!!! This program is HITT and will push you to your limit - in a great way! Expect to see things like push-ups, burpees, squats, etc. I am able to provide different levels, but this format is far more intense than my Zumba class. **FYI- this is NOT Zumba**
Both classes are held in the gym at the Northwest Children's Home Education Center.
