A bit about me!
My name is Jaana Mayer and I've taught Pilates and Barre classes for five years. Pilates and Barre classes are my favourite way to stay fit because they build strength and flexibility by adapting traditional Ballet exercises. As a life-long Ballet dancer, Ballet is very close to my heart and I have a thorough understanding of how these exercises need to performed to maximize results.
I have two young children at home and thanks to Pilates and Barre exercises, I managed to keep my core strong during my pregnancies and get back to a post-partum shape that I'm happy with!

What to bring:
- A yoga mat (I do have some spare mats incase you forget yours!)
- A bottle of water
- NO shoes required, as class is done in bare feet (or socked feet)
