A Mindfulness Life Center is a safe, open-hearted community for those seeking less stress and greater fulfillment in their everyday lives.

We offer meditation, mindfulness classes, sound healing,yoga nidra, tai chi and qi gong, restorative yoga, gentle flow yoga, talks on mindfulness topics, music events, speakers, writing workshops, and more. We bring together masters in various disciplines and others involved in the healing arts to provide a holistic range of modalities, treatments and education.

Our aim is to introduce simple, time-proven practices, techniques and experiences that transform and enhance lives, both individually and collectively.

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?

Mindfulness is a heightened, moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, words and actions.

Because there is no judgment, this way of being cultivates self-acceptance, compassion and clear conscious decision-making.

WHO CAN BENEFIT?

Mindfulness practice has been shown to yield quick and dramatic results for school children, parents, people in high stress jobs, people living alone and those suffering from addictions, post-traumatic stress, and depression.

Everyone, even those who may seem relatively content, can achieve higher levels of love, joy and success.

While mindfulness does not remove life’s challenges, it does make it easier to respond to situations in a healthy conscious manner.
