Buti Yoga is a rapid worldwide growing fitness practice. Buti Yoga has a power yoga foundation, combined with plyometrics, tribal dance, and a Spiral Structure Technique (SST) created and patented by Buti Yoga founder Bizzie Gold. Buti Yoga is for women or men who identify as women who are bored or not motivated by traditional circuit training style workouts and are looking for a fun way to get a total body workout. Buti Yoga incorporates the following: strength, flexibility, stamina, mindfulness, balance and one of the most important aspects of Buti Yoga is the Buti Yoga philosophy. The philosophy behind Buti Yoga is to transform women from the inside out, building relationships that don’t involve competition or judgment. A safe place to come and let it all go… be yourself, love yourself, and the rest will come:)
In a Buti Yoga class MUSIC is the motivating force, hip hop, tribal inspired music, reggae, EDM, Dub, reggaeton, pretty much anything that makes you want to move. The way we move to music helps us connect to the primal energy that is inside each and every one of us, the energy that in today’s westernized world we have somehow lost.
I will do my best to give you a balanced workout that awakens energy and muscle groups you didn’t know existed.
