We are Kettering's largest Health Club with a fully equipped and spacious gym facility supported by Fitlinxx. Fitlinxx is our activity management system allowing you to track your progress in the Club with free email monthly progress reports and monthly reviews. We also have a swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room as well as over 50 classes per week in our main studio, spin studio, pool, gym and functional training zone (TRX, ViPR and Kettlebells).

No matter what your age or fitness level our motivated and qualified staff will help you achieve your goals with personal induction and free unlimited reviews. We are a family friendly club and provide classes for our younger members as well as dedicated children's swimming times.

Members also benefit from discounted squash and racquet facilities in our adjoining sports arena. With views over the lake, ample car parking and a friendly club atmosphere Balance is a great place to change your lifestyle and start feeling good about yourself!
