Massage therapy truly has healing power, and there is scientific proof to back it. More and more studies are coming out that show massage has benefits that range from treating chronic diseases and injuries, to relieving the tension of our fast-paced, busy lifestyles. When you get a massage, there are specific physiological and psychological changes that occur that are cumulative---so the more massages you get, the better you’re going to feel. People today are using massage as a preventative care therapy, and not just a luxury. Not only does massage feel great, it can heal whatever troubles you.
