All fitness levels are welcome and the program allows campers to go at their own pace. Participants are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the workout.
Camp Gladiator is more than a fitness boot camp, it’s an experience. CG is a four week adult fitness boot camp that promises a motivating and challenging environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Campers should expect a total body workout. CG is designed to increase your functional strength, speed, stamina and, most importantly, to deliver results.
