Cold Lake PCN provides quality medical services for patients in the Cold Lake area who do not have a family physician. Our mission is to connect you with the care you need as quickly and efficiently as possible.

At the PCN we have a full time Nurse Practitioner, Elaine Wall, and 3 Registered Nurses to help with your health concerns. We are dedicated to helping the residents of the Cold Lake area, who do not have a family practitioner, to get the health care services they need and deserve.
Our Registered Nurses specialize in chronic diseases such as Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Dislipidemia, and smoking cessation just to name a few. We strive to offer prompt, quality service and pride ourselves on courteous, compassionate care. Contact our office to book
