There’s nothing typical about CrossCut CrossFit.
CrossFit training prepares you for the demands of life. We specialize in not specializing: instead, we strengthen the basic human movements of squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, balancing, throwing and picking stuff up.

Like life, our daily workouts are constantly varied, unpredictable and challenging. They’re also rewarding and highly effective.

Hour-long sessions include warm ups and skill work. Workouts are typically short (20 minutes or less) and intense. They are scalable to each individual’s current level of fitness, so everyone may successfully master each workout.

Dave's certifications include: National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer; CrossFit Level 1 & 2; RKC Russian Kettlebell; USA Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance; Precision Nutrition coach.

Darlene's certifications include CrossFit Level 1 & 2; Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 and Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification.
