CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results




At CrossFit MTZ we train movement – movement that lets people enjoy whatever it is they’re doing, whether it’s high-level sports, gardening, or cleaning out the garage. These activities all require lifting, twisting, pushing, the full range of human movement. We train people to move their bodies effectively, powerfully, athletically, pain-free and enjoy life to its fullest.
