I advocate balancing your body, mind and soul naturally. Spending time in nature, finding a natural remedy to health ailments when possible, meditating, and even restorative yoga stretching to release emotions. We have the ability to heal ourselves naturally. It is crucial to love ourselves enough to practice self-care regularly. Get your energy balanced with a Reiki session, add Raindrop oils to align and detox, attend my Women's Circle monthly to connect with others that are on a similar journey.

My background includes a 14-week course in energy, along with receiving my 1st & 2nd Degree Reiki Attunements. I also completed the NDSU Master Gardener Course, and have made my main focus Herbs & Spices. I received an additional certification in "Spices as Natural Medicine."

This led me to becoming an Independent Distributor for Young Living. They offer therapeutic grade oils and products for your overall health and well-being. Most recently they have added a non-toxic line for infants (there is also a children's line of essential oils and products) AND a mineral makeup line. They offer products for your home and pets, as well.
