Our experienced, Certified Personal Trainers believe it's all about a healthy lifestyle, not just a short-term goal.
We have a large variety of top-notch Cybex cardio machines, Cybex selector stack (machine weights)equipment and an awesome amount of free weights for those who prefer personalized workouts. For those who love the energy a group class offers, we have a large, amazing group room that is accompanied by an "All-Star" line-up of Certified Fitness Instructors for some heart-pumping & energizing classes.
We also offer the most relaxing tanning beds a person could as for, along with our Shake-It Bar, for a pre- or post-workout protein shake, fruit smoothie or a delicious coffee for a little energy boost or heart warming conversation with a friend or staff member.
