We are a family oriented martial arts school. We teach our students with discipline, honor, respect for one another, and encouragment. Over time you will see his/her self confidence and self esteem building up, this tends to lead into better progess in school and better grades. We believe in building a good solid foundation between instructor and student helps us find what works best for each individual. Our students gain lasting friendships amongst others while having a sense of belonging into a group. This is key to keeping children out of trouble/situations. As once children and teens ourselves, we all know the dangers children face in todays world. While it's never been needed, we do have a strict no bullying policy in place.

*Most popular question we are asked is "at what age do we accept students?" We accept students whom are fully potty trained and at least 3 years of age. As space is limited in our Lil Dragon and Tiny Tiger programs, be sure to sign up quickly! These programs are geared to learning good techniques and fitness skills while having fun. Each child progresses thru the ranks at their own pace.
