Hello! I am Jodi Houdek, a certified massage therapist and graduate of the Ridgewater College massage therapy program. I specialize in therapeutic massage, providing Swedish deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, and relaxation/spa massage. My skills also include but are not limited to sports and pregnancy massage, shiatsu, reflexology, hot stone therapy, and aromatherapy. I believe in limitless continued education, always adding to my skills and techniques to better suit my patients’ needs. I also take great pride in understanding the anatomy and pathologies of the musculoskeletal system as a massage therapist.
My goal is to relax and relieve muscle tension, enabling my patient comfort, increased range of motion, improved circulation, quicker recovery from injury, and easier adjustments if receiving chiropractic care.
