Welcome to Light the Fire CrossFit! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Elements of track and field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual.

CrossFit is Constantly Varied Functional Movements performed at High Intensity. CrossFit is developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. These physical tasks include cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Individuals are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. The ultimate goal is to become better than we were yesterday.

Here at LTF CrossFit, not only do we prepare for the unknown, but we prepare for the unknowable. We do not always know what is going to happen in the future, but we want to be prepared for whatever life throws in our direction. We prepare for life be completing the unknown Workout of the Day (WODs) here at LTF CrossFit. We are dedicated to Elite health and fitness. We are dedicated to serving all of your fitness needs and we want to help you get into the best shape of your life.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The CrossFit program was designed to increase an individual’s work capacity at all physical challenges, whether those challenges are in the gym, on the field, or throughout our daily lives.
