Born and raised in New Iberia, LA, I've been active all my life. After graduating high school, I joined the Army and toured the world. After, I moved back to my hometown to settle down with my first love. Through my journey, I found Zumba. Not only did I enjoy the dance style, great work-out and the music, I felt an instant connection. “My love of instructing, coaching, mentoring, music, and dancing came together with a big bang... hence becoming a Zumba Fitness Instructor in November 2015!!”

My life is busy with a husband, kids and work – but Zumba is my therapy. I believe exercise should be fun! Everyone can dance, some better than others. However, the amount of fun you have doing it is up to you. Let Zumba be your therapy and join Mel B for a Zumba therapy session.
