Through her own personal experiences and training, Mellanie has gained the knowledge and insight to support her clients to ensure that they find their truest versions of themselves. After her own cancer journey in 2012 she became an advocate for her own health, studying and learning the art of Reiki. Being blessed with the ability to offer compassion and healing hands, she has helped many clients through their own struggles and adversities. After being re-diagnosed in 2016, Mellanie made it her mission to find the root cause of her illness, when she decided to research and study integrative healthcare and herbology. Her approach to healing included food as medicine, a positive mindset along with energy and bodywork to complete her treatment program.
She is a firm believer that the body, mind, and soul connection is one of the most important gifts that we can give ourselves. Mellanie offers her clients a safe, nurturing environment with healing modalities that include Reiki, Acupressure, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Mindfulness, Herbalism and Holistic Life Coaching. Her programs empower her clients and give them the tools that are necessary to promote growth and wellness in their own lives.
