I am a Myofascial release/Zen Shiatsu therapist, fitness enthusiast and Reiki practitioner who likes to combine the ancient arts with modern modalities to create a Personalized Bodywork session for each and every client.

Each customized session will help relieve pain, facilitate healing and bring balance to the body, mind and spirit.

My husband is a personal trainer that lived a life that always included extreme sports and adventures. Because of this, he has personally recovered from just about any injury through stretching and strengthening the body - making him the perfect coach to help you achieve your goals.
