Our 3000 square ft warehouse gym in Leven...REAL fitness and REAL nutrition under the guidance of knowledgeable, qualified coaches. Whether you are an athlete already, or a stranger to exercise, we have something to suit you and your level of fitness, and will support you every step of the way as you head towards your fitness goals.
We are not a gym as you know it, we're not just about weight loss, but rather focus on keeping you strong, fit, healthy, confident and full of energy as you become a fitter version of YOU. We do classes and sessions at our HQ in Leven, indoors and outdoors, at times to suit you. We specialise in getting you out of your comfort zone and achieving more than you could imagine. TRX suspension training, Metafit, and Bootcamps, daily workouts, trigger point therapy and nutrition workshops are all used to support you and your goals. Personal training will be available I the new year either within our HQ or in your own choice of location.

Corporate rates also available for businesses and sports teams, and we can do block closed season bookings

Our sessions are mixed, with a great variety of people working out alongside each other and you'll receive support from everyone involved.
