For years I have struggled to come to some sort of health agreement with myself. (This was not by want of not trying, I suffered from an illness which ravaged my body and now I have the job of rebuilding it. Due to this illness I have been left with side effects such as chronic fatigue.) I have been able to manage my health for short periods of time quite successfully BUT I aim to be able to manage my health on a long term basis - without antibiotics and other unnatural 'nasties' to upset my body. I am confident I can come to a solution! :)

Come along and follow my journey as I research, explore, trial and provide evidence of success in gaining control of my own health through natural methods.

As part of this journey I will also be creating products for sale from high quality essential oils to help and support others in their own health goals.
