Polysthenics is a multi faceted exercise program; combining all forms of health, fitness and athletic training into one complete program. By utilizing all forms of training including, strength, power, SAQ (speed, agility, quickness), conditioning, balance, coordination, calisthenics, plyometrics, and functional training, the end result is a COMPLETE body. The goal at Polysthenics is to not make you better at something, but rather to make your body healthier and stronger in every way. To leave your body without weaknesses, deficiencies or muscular imbalances. To make you leaner without losing strength, to make you stronger without losing speed, to make you faster without losing balance and coordination. Health and Fitness is not about being the biggest or the strongest, and its not about being the smallest or the lightest. Its about improving ones self, creating a body that is without weaknesses, that allows us to perform well in ALL aspects of our lives, efficiently, effectively, and safely.
