PSP CFB Trenton encompasses the RecPlex, South Side Gym, and Fitness & Sports. Hours of operation vary and may be found in our Photo Albums sections of FB.
The RecPlex at Canadian Forces Base Trenton is home to The Community Recreation Association. The Association provides programs and services for the military community at various locations on the base. Many of these programs and services are also open to the general public.
The RecPlex facility is located just off RCAF Road on the north side of the base. The complex is home to a competition size indoor pool, a therapy or children’s pool and a new outdoor pool. There is a Cardio room with an enjoyable view of the indoor pools and a gymnasium with a climbing wall and plenty of sports equipment to keep your family active. A meeting room, and or course, mens, ladies and family change rooms complete the picture of this modern facility. Community Recreation staff are available to assist you with registrations, memberships and programs.
The Gymnasium is located on the south side of the base on Anson Avenue. Here you will find a large gym with a hardwood sprung floor, a well -equipped cardio and weight room, three squash courts, a multi-purpose fitness studio, a cycling studio and more.
The RCAF Flyers Arena is located just off RCAF Road across from the CANEX and houses a 200 by 85 foot ice surface. There is viewing area for approximately 400 persons, six dressing rooms and a spacious lobby with snack bar.
