Blue Hen Yoga offers Hatha/Slow Flow yoga (longer holding of poses than in most "power yoga" classes, to yield greater asana benefits- but still delivering a good challenge, for most yogis!) at the following times:

Yoga means "to yoke", or "to join". Part of yoga is giving back what you have learned, and that is what Spirit of a Yogi is all about! Bringing our community together to share and give back. By joining together we can build stronger communities.
Classes are taught by Jessica Kaisk, a 200 hour Registered Yoga Alliance teacher, who is also certified by through Yoga Alliance to teach Restorative Yoga. All classes will focus on pranayama, proper alignment to prevent injury, and meditation. Community classes will be inclusive for all levels!
