This is a Fun, Friendly H24 Fit club for those who want to get out, socialise, be with likeminded people whilst keeping/getting fit or loosing those excess lbs that have crept on over the summer/winter...
The cost of the session is £3 pay as you go, this goes towards running, equipment and hire.
