I completely understand 'life' happens, and things come up! But if you could please give me ATLEAST 12 hours of notice, that allows me time to fill your spot!
NO SHOWS
When a 'no show's' accures, it prevents me from having time to fill that opening from my waiting list.
I have a two chances rule
First time: Mistakes happen, we are humans.. But it will be documented.
Second time: You will unfortunately be removed from my rebooking list. You will be placed on an "walk in only" status.
