Training is broken down into three parts: fitness/kickboxing, then MMA, then BJJ/self defence. Everything is either competition oriented or based on real life scenarios.
Monday and Wednesday is Kickboxing/Boxing
Tuesday and Thursday is BJJ/Self Defense
Friday is MMA team training and Saturday is Kids Jiujitsu and open-mat training.
Kids and adults follow a similar curriculum to ensure an easy transition into adult classes as age and skill increase.

Big Ben Ski Centre has been operating for over 39 years. The program is operated by Leader Sports, a recreation management company, in partnership with the City of Cornwall.
