Stride Fitness & Health is a 24/7 fitness center featuring Olympic free weights, Paramount fitness equipment, Precor treadmills, ellipticals and stair steppers, bikes, racquetball court, heavy bag and more. Our locker rooms are complete complete with showers, complimentary towel service, body/ hair wash and infrared saunas. We also have 2 tanning beds. Our pro-shop sells clothing, tanning supplies.
We offer a variety of membership options as well as tanning only packages.
