CrossFit Hardcharger is a community based fitness program that specializes in getting people healthy and fit. Our members all have different fitness levels and are constantly improving our fitness. I started this gym to get myself into shape because I was sick. I had high blood pressure, high cholesteral, was overweight, and was depressed. This gym has cured me and so many others. So dont think you have to be in great shape to join!

As the owner of Robin's Nest, I am proud to announce that I am currently a Cosmetology student. I hope to be offering hair and waxing services by the end of 2013! My hours of availabilty are reduced during my training. I still maintain a schedule of nail services Thursday evenings, Friday and Saturday. I'm unable to take new clients but will honor outstanding gift certificates.
