Personal Training Bootcamp




At RIKR Fitness we offer an in depth personal training program and a group fitness program called SPARQ. SPARQ is a 45 minute self paced interval based class led by energetic and motivating coaches, using a variety of exercises so you’ll never get bored and always stay challenged.

Each class has three sections IGNITE, FORGE, and BURN

First we IGNITE your workout. This is more than just a warm up; it increases your mobility to help you move better and keeps you healthy while training, setting you up for success.

Next we’ll FORGE your physique with exciting strength exercises using a variety of state of the art tools to tone your muscles from head to toe as you race against the clock.

Finally you’ll feel the BURN as we raise your heartrate with an intense and exciting finisher taking you into the afterburn zone where you will continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after class.
