All bars are 100% natural with the exception of some fragrance oils used in a few bars. Bars are $5 or 5 bars for $20 plus shipping and paypal fees.




Hi,
I want to give you a little background on Sue Sue's soaps. I started making soaps in January of 2015. I read a lot of medieval books and they are always referencing the women making soaps and using oils for their hair and bodies. I was going through a difficult time in my life and thought to start researching soap making and essential oils as a life distraction. Actually my exact thought was " I'll become the Village Soap maker instead of the Village Idiot." I quickly became consumed with the process, different oil combinations in the base, and the endless essential oil combinations. I watched hours of videos on soap, I read up on oils, herbs, and ingredients that are good for skin and hair.
Most of my soaps are made with completely all natural ingredients. Fragrance oils are the only exception and they are used in a few bars.
I love playing with the ingredients, the outcome is not always what I expect but you live to learn. I try to make soap that contains natural ingredients that are good for your skin. I make both cold processed and hot processed soaps. Cold processed soaps take 4-6 weeks to cure and I have a little more room to play with the colors and designs. The hot processed soaps are cooked to neutralize the lye and only only require about a week to cure but are not normally as pretty.
My soaps are all handmade and hand cut so size and may vary a little bar to bar.
I love to get feedback from people using my soaps. If you have any suggestions that would improve my products or anything you think would make a good bar I would love to hear.
Also if you have any festival suggestions I would love to hear them. I will hopefully be attending festivals starting this spring.
