Sweat Society (POD exercise) is a boutique Group Personal Training studio that is designed for all fitness levels.




Sweat Society is a HIIT concept that provides the thrill of a timed workout within a group fitness atmosphere. Our "go at your own pace" classes are proven to get members in the best shape of their lives. Whether lifting heavy vs. light or moving fast vs. slow, we motivate athletes based upon individual goals i.e. training for triathletes, weight loss, increase lean muscle mass, strength conditioning, improve cardio endurance. Every HIIT is completed at each person's own cadence which is why this program is perfect for all fitness levels.
