High intensity workouts that incorporate weight lifting, body weight movements, kettlebells, and cardio to produce fast and functional training. Small group personal training assures high quality workouts for better results.




There are also 12:00pm and 12:40pm classes. Classes are limited to 10 people per class and sign-up is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Classes start every 40 minutes with the last class beginning at the closing time listed in the "hours" section. Mandatory new member orientation (unlimited class size) is held every Saturday morning at 8am, no sign up necessary.
