URGE Performance




Urge Performance features a dedicated area of turf and performance surfaces where we implement our signature Sports Performance Programs. URGE Performance is located in side URGE fitness. Urge Fitness’ Sports Performance Programs improve an athlete’s performance on and off the field. The training can be in an individual, small group or team environment. While sports performance training is not sport specific, it prepares all athletes regardless of sport with better speed, agility and strength skills.

Our Programs are designed to challenge our athletes to reach their training goals and maximize their athletic potential through a strong athletic foundation. If you are looking to get faster, stronger and build more self-confidence, then Urge Fitness is ready for you!

 Nutrition 101 – Understand how to fuel and hydrate the body to achieve peak performance before, during, and after games, practices, and training
