Vixen Workout is an intense HIIT, hip-hop, cardio dance fitness class inspired by the Miami nightlife scene and your favorite artists. The creator Janet Jones, a former professional dancer, put the latest moves you see in music videos, live stage shows, and clubs into a killer 60-minute fast paced cardio sesh.

Each Vixen Workout creates a fun club atmosphere where women can let loose, forget responsibilities, and transform into their “alter-ego” or as we say “getting your Beyonce, J-Lo, Ciara, and Rihanna on”! The routines are easy-to-learn and provide a full body, muscle-toning workout. Students can expect to burn anywhere from 500-1000 calories in class, fog-up mirrors, and work up a sexy sweat.
