Teresa is a Visionary change agent and a Modern Day Medicine Woman who incorporates holistic and spiritual practices to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit and she is dedicated to evolving Global Consciousness and spreading enlightened ideas. She supports people with love and care and is a living testimony of her own work and a advocate for helping others attain optimal wholeness. Teresa draws on knowledge from many different modalities and ancient teachings.. Holding a Bachelors of Science of Nursing Degree, She has been a Registered Nurse for 22 Years. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Iowa a Certified Colon Therapist holding a certification through I-ACT , and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition of New York. Teresa is also a Advanced Certified Theta Healer, Holy Fire Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Healer and a Certified Vibrational Sound Massage Therapist. Teresa finished a 16 month apprenticeship in Shamanisim in March 2016 with also 2 months of Advanced Healing training. She is very Passionate about "Spreading the Health, Wellness and Consciousness Message and cultivating awareness, while integrating Mind, Body and Spirit.... Wellness Essentials LLC is located in a country setting in a two story house with the whole house dedicated to healing and nurturing the spirit. She offers, Reiki Healing, Distance Healing, Crystal Healing, Massage Therapy, Lomi Lomi Massage, Theta Healing, Colon Therapy, Sound Healing, Chakra Balancing, Health Coaching, Sound Bath Meditations and much more.
