Wisdom Mind is all about learning to use mindfulness and meditation as tools so you can feel happier, with a consistent sense of inner peace.
You may have noticed that as you get older life can get more difficult with ageing parents and their health problems, hitting menopause (if you are a woman of course!) and its impact on your sleep, your sense of wellbeing and your relationships.
I have been going through all this stuff myself and I wanted, no I NEEDED a way of helping myself stay grounded and calm as life's maelstrom hit.
And I found the meditation and mindfulness were the answer I was looking for (thank goodness).
So alongside my practice as an acupuncturist and yoga teacher I trained in meditation, I practice nearly everyday and it has carried me through and continues to carry me through some rough life problems.
So that is what this Wisdom-Mind Page is about, learning how to use practical (non religious) techniques for self help.
