I trained with the Classical Yoga School (CYS) - an ashtanga based course providing an in depth study of yoga philosophy, asana (postures) from the ashtanga primary series, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

I teach a flow style class, moving dynamically with our breath through standing, balancing and seated postures, before meeting in our final pose, savasana (relaxation).

Classes are designed to leave you feeling both energised and relaxed. They offer a supportive environment for you to build strength, develop flexibility and find peace in both body and mind.
