Our goal is to provide on-site yoga classes and services that enable you to seamlessly weave a regular practice into your day. The physical and mental benefits from Yoga will reenergize you, improving both your work and personal life.

A certified yoga instructor, familiar with teaching in the workplace (or in your special environment, be it a special event, or in-home setting) will come on-site, prepared to create a practice that fits the needs of your group. We'll also bring the appropriate equipment/props to accommodate various student's needs, making the class accessible to everyone. Incorporating Yoga classes into your business space will create a more personal and holistic environment for your number ONE asset: your employees. Yoga in a home setting for a group or just you is a great way to rejuvenate, relax and bond with friends.
