Amp'D Fitness is an exciting new business to join the fitness industry in Bowen. It is Bowen's only fully air-conditioned Commercial gym with 24 hour access to all members. We also have a full range of quality supplements available in store and online.

Non members can access to gym for a casual session during reception hours.

Reception hours are:

Monday - Friday
6am-10:30am and 2:30pm - 7pm

Saturday
7am-10:30am
