Bay Plaza is located in the heart of Hastings and is the busiest shopping hub in Hawke’s Bay. The centre is anchored by some of the best-known brands in New Zealand including Kmart, Number 1 Shoes, Bed Bath & Beyond, Pitta Pit, Muffin Break, St Pierre's Suschi, Plaza Books, Baby Factory and Craft & hearn Sports as well as a number of other strong retailers.

Bay Plaza is located on the corner of St Aubyn St and Karamu Rd with main entrances located on Karamu Rd and Russell Street. There is plenty of onsite car-parking for 350 vehicles including a number of mobility parks and bike racks.

The inside atrium is a wide open space regularly used by community groups for fundraising and is also available to commercial businesses for a small casual leasing fee. Bookings are essential.
